The CNC Receiver Type C is inspired by the real AR15 (M4) firearm, offering unparalleled durability and precision for airsoft enthusiasts. Manufactured from a solid block of aircraft aluminum (EN AW 7075 T651), this receiver boasts superior strength (590 MPa) compared to common construction steel (390 MPa) and is significantly more resilient than standard zinc-aluminum alloy receivers.

Features and Specifications

• Material and Construction: Crafted from high-strength aircraft aluminum, the CNC receiver is lightweight yet resistant to breaking. The manufacturing process involves precision milling, adding extra material for maximum strength and resilience. Due to the reinforced construction, upper and lower parts from other manufacturers are not interchangeable.

• Upper Part:

  • RIS Rail: Milled to MIL-STD-1913 standards for compatibility with various accessories.
  • Charging Handle: Compatible with original replica handles or our custom options, offering choices between realism and security.
  • Integrated Components: The shell deflector and forward assist pin are milled from a single block of aluminum for enhanced durability.
  • Dust Cover: Spring-mounted for easy access to the Hop Up Chamber.
  • Threading: Handguard threading follows Tokyo Marui standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of options. Outer barrels from our collection or Tokyo Marui standard replicas can be used.

• Lower Part:

  • Reinforced Design: Milled from a single block of aluminum for superior resilience. Enhanced wiring space for easy routing into the handguard.
  • Recommended Gearboxes: Best used with our CNC Split Gearbox with an integrated Hop Up Chamber or CNC Gearbox V2 for optimal performance. Compatibility with other gearboxes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Noise Reduction: Included rubber pads eliminate metal resonance during firing.
  • Secure Connection: Upper and lower parts are joined by wedge pins, eliminating play and gaps. Pins are screw-secured for added stability.
  • Stock and Handgrip Compatibility: Special adaptors allow the installation of standard AR15 (M4) stocks and grips manufactured to Tokyo Marui standards.

• Accessories:

  • Interchangeable Parts: Forward assist pin, magazine catch, bolt catch, fire selector cover, and fire selector are compatible with original or CNC versions. Our CNC Fire Selector is recommended for its precision and smooth operation.

Anodizing and Finish

• Surface Treatment: The CNC receiver is sanded with synthetic corundum and anodized for protection. Due to the high strength of EN AW 7075 T651 aluminum, anodizing is essential to prevent corrosion and achieve a matte finish.
