The CNC Receiver AR15 (Skeletonized) Type C is inspired by the real AR15 (M4) firearm, offering a perfect blend of strength, durability, and aesthetics. Manufactured from a solid block of aircraft-grade aluminum (EN AW 7075 T651), this receiver delivers exceptional strength (590 MPa) compared to common construction steel (390 MPa). Its robust construction ensures higher durability than typical cast zinc-aluminum alloy receivers.

Key Features

• Skeletonized Design: The Type C Skeletonized Receiver maintains the same shape as the standard Type C but features lightening cuts to reduce weight and enhance appearance. Despite these cuts, extensive testing in various conditions has shown no compromise in protection against dirt and debris.

• High-Quality Material: Made from EN AW 7075 T651 aircraft aluminum, the receiver is lightweight and highly resistant to breaking. Due to the reinforced design, uppers and lowers from other manufacturers are not interchangeable.

• Upper Part:

  • Milled RIS Rail: Conforms to MIL-STD-1913 standards for seamless accessory integration.
  • Charging Handle: Compatible with original replica handles or can be replaced with our custom or fixed options.
  • Integrated Components: Shell deflector and forward assist pin are milled as a single piece with the upper for added durability.
  • Dust Cover: Spring-mounted for easy access to the Hop-Up Chamber.
  • Threading: The handguard thread is designed to Tokyo Marui standards, ensuring broad compatibility with outer barrels.

• Lower Part:

  • Reinforced Structure: Milled from a single block of aluminum for enhanced resilience and protection against breakage.
  • Gearbox Compatibility: Best paired with our CNC Split Gearbox with an integrated Hop-Up Chamber or CNC Gearbox V2. Compatibility with other brands is not guaranteed.
  • Noise Reduction: Pre-milled slots for rubber pads eliminate metal resonance during firing.
  • Wiring Space: Enhanced space in the lower part for wiring, leading into the handguard.
  • Secure Connection: Special wedge pins connect the lower and upper parts, eliminating gaps and securing the assembly. Pins are screw-fixed, increasing force as needed without the need for brute force.
  • Stock and Handgrip Adaptability: Features a special adapter for stock installation, compatible with AR15 (M4) stocks and grips adhering to Tokyo Marui standards.

• Interchangeable Parts: Forward assist pin, magazine catch, bolt catch, fire selector cover, and fire selector can be replaced with original or our CNC versions. Our CNC Fire Selector is recommended for its precision and smooth operation.

Surface Finish

• Anodizing: The receiver is sanded with synthetic corundum and anodized for a matte finish. This process prevents corrosion (avoiding gray spots) and enhances durability.
